The concept of FLOW in . Let's discuss.

Originally, the concept refers to tempo and continuous movement. That includes but isn't limited to exercise progressions or blocks of choreography.

Whether it's 10, 20, or a full 60 minutes, the workout is supposed to keep moving. Not stop to chat, rest, or even water. Yeah....unless you have an underlying condition or are working out in extreme temps, you can go 60 minutes of moderate exercise without water.

I stress MODERATE. It's an andante or walking tempo. Not an adagio (super slow) or an allegro (fast). These are musical terms that help musicians gauge the tempo.

We all learn slowly at our own pace. But once ya got then go, baby go!
