Robert completed the first phase of fat loss. It is important to reach a reasonable body fat (BF) percentage before focusing on lean mass and improving performance.
The Second phase is a short introductory phase (4 weeks) before we can focus on a full lean mass phase or entering a full prep for a show.

Congratulations to Tuttle Nutrition coach Nihar for coming back to the stage from a 3 year break and winning the Open Middleweight BB at the NPC Atlantic Coast Championships. The next plan is a pro qualifier in 2026! Nihar, a long time client of Chris’s, came aboard Tuttle Nutrition as a coach for almost a year now. He has been doing very well with his clients and improved as a competitor.
