WITHIN FITNESS Youth Training Program Spring Kickoff!!
Training during the youth years can aid not only in lifelong dexterity that sets us up for a full and healthy life, but comes with a plethora of other benefits that include but aren’t limited to-

Join us for our WITHIN Spring Youth Games to help your child refine their balance, coordination, and agility.
Twice a week each class begins with drills to train growth in each skillset, followed by a relative and amusing game to practice skills with new friends!
This program will be exciting, fun, progressive, engaging, challenging, and help each child sharpen their athletic skills!!
We’ll be burning off energy and making new friends in this community gym-based youth program for children ages 7-12!
