A look back at last year’s Hartford GAA Golf Tournament as we get ready for this coming Saturday.

Fall Ball is back.

Starting Tuesday, September 15 at 6:15 PM, join us for six weeks of co-ed Gaelic football. Whether you’re a returning player, trying the sport for the first time, or just looking to get some extra touches before next season, Fall League is a great way to stay involved.

No experience necessary. Bring a friend and come give it a try.

USGAA Finals 2026.

A couple weeks later and we’re finally getting a chance to share some photos from Canton.

Our hurling, men’s football, and ladies football teams all represented Hartford in the Junior C division. While all three codes saw their championship campaigns end in the opening round, we’re proud of the commitment, effort, and progress shown throughout the season.

Thank you to everyone who donated, supported our fundraisers, traveled to games, and cheered us on along the way. Your support helped offset the costs of getting our teams to USGAA Finals and made the weekend possible.

The results weren’t what we hoped for, but the work continues. We’re already looking ahead to next season and building on everything these teams accomplished this year. Up Hartford!

UPDATE: HARTFORD IS SENDING THREE TEAMS TO USGAA FINALS. 🇺🇸🏆

Following irregularities in the Northeast Junior C Men’s Football Final, Hartford has been awarded the title and will represent the Northeast at USGAA Finals this weekend. Check out our last post for more details.

That means Hartford will now compete in all three Junior C competitions:

🏑 Hurling
Friday | 12:15 PM | Field C
vs. Indianapolis

🏐 Ladies Football
Friday | 1:40 PM | Field E
vs. Madison

🏐 Men’s Football
Friday | 4:30 PM | Field D
vs. Pittsburgh

Win on Friday and all three teams have a chance to advance to Saturday’s semifinals.

Following the conclusion of last Saturday’s Northeast Junior C Men’s football championship, in which the men were defeated in extra-time, the Hartford club filed an objection to the match.

Upon review, the USGAA voided Saturday’s match, and ordered a replay of the final. The replay was scheduled to be held on Wednesday August 12th. However, prior to the match, our opponent declared they would not be able to fulfill the fixture and forfeit the final.

As a result, the Hartford Men’s football team were declared the 2026 Northeast Junior C Champions!  

This also means that the Hartford Men’s football team will now represent the Northeast in the USGAA Tournament this weekend, with a quarter-final match against Pittsburgh on Friday at 4:30.

Congratulations to the Hartford men’s team and their management. We wish them luck as they prepare for their first USGAA North American Tournament since 2021!

We’re thrilled to welcome the USGAA and LGFA to our home pitch for the Ladies Gaelic Football Development Workshop this September.

Featuring special guest Niall Mulrine, Head of Development with the LGFA, joining us from Ireland, the day will include on-field coaching and demonstrations, a workshop on the new LGFA playing rules, and a panel discussion focused on player development, coaching, recruitment, and growing the game.

Open to players, coaches, and club officers from across North America, this workshop is a fantastic opportunity to learn, share ideas, and connect with others who are passionate about the future of Ladies Gaelic Football.

We’re proud to host this event and look forward to welcoming clubs from across the USGAA community.

Our Ladies Football and Hurling teams have earned their place at the USGAA Finals, and now we’re asking our Hartford community to help get them to Canton.

Getting two teams to the national stage comes with real travel and participation costs. Every donation helps offset those expenses and gives our players the opportunity to focus on what they’ve worked all season for: competing for USGAA hardware.

THE NORTHEAST IS HOME. AND HARTFORD IS READY. 🇺🇸🏆

The road to USGAA Finals is here, and Hartford is proud to send two Junior C teams to compete for USGAA hardware: our Ladies Football and Hurling teams.

This year, USGAA Finals are being held right here in Canton, MA, on the Northeast Region’s home turf. We’re incredibly proud to represent our region on its biggest stage.
