CLIENT SPOTLIGHT - is now hitting high 160s ball speed, which is about 10 mph higher than a few months ago! Nick came in with great mobility across his entire upper body but lacked power, and his lower body was strong but lacked some mobility. We’ve been keeping his strengths strong while hammering those areas of improvement and cleaning up some lower body sequencing. He’s been putting in the work, and is now seeing it pay off with longer drives and more consistency!

It’s been great to work with Tyler the past couple months! He’s a competitive golfer and baseball player who wants to keep increasing his speed, and he’s been doing all the right things!

People forget about the importance of staying fast!

For some people it’s about jumping higher.
For others it’s about building confidence, power, and staying strong enough to do the things they love for a long time. It’s been proven to be great for bone density and keeping/developing those fast twitch fibers. Try to add some jumps to your program!

30 inch rotational box jump.

Most people can’t even jump this high after 30 years old, now add some rotation to that. if you can jump like this, you can push and pull with the upper body, and you have some stability – you will be able to get some serious clubhead speed with the right mechanics!

These Smart2Move plates are incredible. They’re so easy to use and they tell us incredible data. This is something that we normally use in conjunction with the golf pro of the athlete to work on ground force reaction and torque production and sequencing.

First day EVER learning the RDL/hip hinge.

I love seeing this. Movements like this can be new to a lot of people, and teaching them is part of the fun of coaching. Normally, the hinge movement is the toughest to learn, but some people just have it! This was her first set and it’s better than what I see from a lot of our younger athletes.

We did clean up a few small things, like keeping a more neutral position through the neck, but overall this was phenomenal for day one.
