With a team full of 8th and 9th graders, your Glasgow Lady Scotties finished 6th out of 10 team today in the 3rd Region tournament!

Highlighting our round today with an 87 as an 8th is our one and only Harlow Bale!!!

Harlow has qualified as an individual to advance to Semi-State in Calvert City next Monday!

I cannot say enough good things about this excellent group of young ladies and how they competed all day even through the storm delay.

The Glasgow Lady Scotties would like to thank Zaxbys for providing the team meal for our senior night match this past Tuesday against Barren County in which our entire varsity team competed well! We are continuing to lay the foundational bricks to take this team back to its winning ways.

On Thursday, our top 5 also competed at Park Mammoth in our district championship. Battling this late summer heat out there is no joke and our players all continued to make me proud.

Winding down this short, but gauntlet of a season, one of the areas in which I am most proud is our gamesmanship and when parents from other schools tell me how excited they are to play with us. Building student athletes and future community leaders one event at a time! ⛳️🏌🏼‍♀️🏆

⛳️ What a week for our Lady Scotties on the course!

We kicked things off last Saturday at Lakewood CC in the Lady Lakers Invitational, where our girls showed poise and determination against a strong field.

On Monday, we teed it up at Park Mammoth for the 2A Sectional, a huge stage with so much on the line. Our team battled every hole, and we couldn’t be prouder of their focus and grit under pressure.

By Thursday, it was back to work in a head-to-head match against Hart County at Caveland. The girls competed with heart and represented Glasgow the right way — with sportsmanship, confidence, and teamwork.

And to cap it all off, we headed to Willow Oaks on Saturday for the Trojanette Classic. Another chance to test ourselves, grow together, and celebrate how far we’ve come this season. Many personal bests for 9 and 18 holes were had this week and we are trending in a great direction!

We’re so proud of the way our players carry themselves on and off the course. Every swing, every hole, and every round is making us stronger as a team. Next up, we have another match this Tuesday at Willow Oaks against Hart County again! 💙🐾

Glasgow Lady Scottie Golf Tournament Season 2025 has officially begun! After a scorching qualifying week last week, these five ladies competed today at Park Mammoth Golf Club in the Lady Spartans Invitational and boy did they compete! All five of them battled the heat index today and had moments of greatness to show there are big things coming for Lady Scottie Golf!!! Golf is a game of patience and persistence and all five of these ladies kept their attitudes high and golf balls flying far until the end. I am proud of where they are, but we still have plenty of work to do! Next up is the Lady Scottie home event at Willow Oaks on Thursday. Come and watch! >perfection

While I’m always proud of ALL of our ladies, I need to make a separate shout out for this little all star right here. In her third season of competitive golf, Emory has officially qualified for 2A State for the THIRD STRAIGHT YEAR. While not shooting her personal best today, her ball striking looked like that of a next level golfer if I’ve seen one. Her poise in tough situation and grit after rough holes are proof of her determination and mental fortitude. I cannot wait to see how the rest of this season goes for her. Congratulations Emory 🚀

What a busy first tournament week it was! Finally getting some time to reflect and recap the past few tournaments. Last Monday our Top 5 competed in the Lady Spartans Invitational and had a good showing.

Last Tuesday our Top 5 competed in the Lady Cardinal Classic, but the event was cut short to a 9 hole event. We still learned a lot that day though!

Last Thursday our entire varsity squad competing in our home Lady Scottie Invitational with many personal bests from our girls! Saturday we competed in the Trojannette Invitational and definitely took some lessons away from that event.

Today our Lady Scotties battled it out in the 2A sectional at park mammoth. Shew, it was a hot one!

It has been amazing to see their growth already after five events. Our vision for the season is to put ourselves in new situations on the golf course, improve on our course management, and learn to focus on the positives in our round over the total scores for now. All I have to say for now is, WATCH OUT FOR THIS TEAM SOON 👏👏👏
