The Performing Arts Center of Putnam County

The Performing Arts Center of Putnam County Faith, Family and Fine Arts! Life doesn't get better than that! We offer a range of class and commitment options. All ages and experience levels are welcome.

Whether you are a recreational artist interested in one class per week, or an artist who wants to be challenged to high levels of technical and performance standards, there is a place for you at The Performing Arts Center! If you want it, we've got it! We offer ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, modern, stretch and strengthening, and exercise classes for dancers age 3 through adult. We also offer tumbling and instrumental lessons, along with theatre classes. Other intensives include ballroom dancing. Private lessons are also available. If at any time there is a performing art technique that is not offered and you would be interested in learning, please let the artistic director know! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Each student at The Performing Arts Center is provided with a well-rounded performing art education experience. We strive to inspire and motivate our students to set and achieve goals in a positive atmosphere. We believe that the performing arts are not just about learning a performance routine... Our artists develop discipline, respect, and self-confidence under the guidance of our accomplished instructors that challenge each student individually. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The ultimate goal of The Performing Arts Center is to create a supportive, family-like atmosphere where young artists can learn and grow together. Through open communication among faculty, parents and students, we can create a welcoming and caring environment together. The artists and parent’s well being is of the utmost importance to the Artistic Director of The Performing Arts Center and hopes that if questions or concerns ever arise they are taken up with her directly.

We apologize for this inconvenience- but appreciate our customer's support so much right now. Owning a small business is a different type of grind and grit- and we couldn't/wouldn't do it without our local families that make shopping small a priority. P-G’s Kayleigh Lookadoo was selected to participate in the All-Ohio State Fair Youth Choir that performs daily at the Ohio State Fair in Columbus. She also auditioned and was chosen to sing in their select ensemble Scarlet Singers. Congratulations!! We are so proud of you, Kayleigh!
