Macros don’t matter the way you think they do.

Everyone’s obsessed with hitting numbers.
Protein target. Carb target. Fat target. Calories.

But that’s outdated.

In nature, foods don’t exist as isolated macros. Fats and proteins come together. Similarly carbs and proteins come together.

If you focus on eating the right foods, your macros take care of themselves.

As a nutritionist, I don’t have my clients obsess over numbers every day.
I have them focus on quality of food and satiety.

When you eat real, nutrient-dense foods (especially animal-based proteins with natural fats) your body regulates intake way better.

You get naturally full.
You stay naturally full.
You stop eating unnecessarily.

That’s called homeostasis.

The problem with most carbs (especially processed ones) is they don’t create real satiety. They spike hunger signals and keep you chasing more. That’s why people overeat them without realizing it.

When you build your diet around real food, especially protein and fat that actually satisfies you, you don’t need to micromanage every gram.

You just eat like a human should.

Your squat sucks. And it’s because your posture sucks.

We all sit way more than our ancestors, which leads to:
-Hips tighten
-Glutes shut off
-Ankles stiffen
-Spine rounds

Then you move (squat for example) and your body uses that SAME pattern.

What you’re seeing in the photos:
❌ Feet collapse → unstable base
❌ Knees cave → joint stress
❌ Hips tuck early → no real glute loading
❌ Spine rounds → force leaks into your back

That’s why squats “hurt” for a lot of people.

✅ Fixed version:
• Foot stays stable (tripod)
• Knees track over toes
• Hips load BEFORE pelvis tucks
• Spine stays stacked

When you squat right, your muscles take the load… not your joints.

7 months ago I fully ruptured my Achilles.

June 8, 2025 — full-thickness Achilles rupture.
MRI confirmed it. Mid-substance tear.

I was told by my PT that I’d likely never walk normally again unless I got surgery.

Well I didn’t get surgery and here I am so far. I believe in my approach to how the human body works. So much that I was risking not being able to walk normally again.
