It's been a while since our last post, but we have been busy wondering throughout the Pocono's in the beautiful state of PA. The continued testing of the awning is impressive. Yesterday after the rain stopped (for a moment) we put the awning out and were getting readings over 3000 Watts. This comes with the product being strenuously tested over the past 8 months with well over 700 rolls in and out and consistent readings from over 1000 watts in the am and averaging 2000 watts in the midafternoon. The panels are showing no wear and tear or any signs of stress. Even today while utilizing the awning as an umbrella (rolled out about 1/3)we were gathering 350 watts while a new set of rain clouds rolled in. The product is truly impressive, and we are happy to report extremely durable. We are off tomorrow to continue our trek to Mane and then over to Colorado Springs to visit the new grandson and then back to home base in Florida in October where we will break ground on the SKCI Office/Warehouse.

Today we had a bit of a blustery day with winds between 5 and 20 mph. Without tie-downs we put the awning out less than 1/2 way . Between that and the somewhat cloudy skies we averaged 1180 Watts of power which is more than what is needed to keep our 5Kwh Ecoflow lithium battery at full charge

Today started out with overcast skies but by 11am the solar awning was cranking out the watts with a reading of 76 X 37 or 2812 watts which is holding strong at 3:45. I did take the opportunity to hang up our banner over the cargo carrier and have had people stopping by for a chat....it's just a matter of time where the Solar Awning for the RV will be the norm.

Even with the fog we still averaged over 1K Watts for 6hrs that day. We were proudly flying the American and German flag in anticipation of our Aunt Elanore and Uncle Horst's visit
