I use a Purely Custom sizing bike for pre-purchase and existing bike fits.

IS YOUR CYCLING SHOE THE RIGHT WIDTH ??

Toebox width is often discussed in running shoes. The same is true and cycling shoes.
If the shoe is too narrow, it can cause discomfort, pain, or numbness and tingling. Too wide… and your foot will move around.
A quick reference, to width, when purchasing new shoes is pulling out the insole and standing on it. Ideally, you are not significantly bigger or smaller than that.
This is just one of the considerations that should be made before making the significant investment in new shoes.
