We've been experiencing a much busier start to the camping season than normal. From what we've learned speaking to other parks across the region, this is not isolated to only Crawford State Park. Other parks are just as busy as we are. If you're planning on going camping anytime in the near future, we strongly encourage you to call in advance, hop online, or use the campitks app to check availability and reserve a spot in advance. We have unfortunately had to turn people away because we simply don't have any spots available.
We are currently booked up on water and 50 amp electric sites through Memorial Day weekend.
May 8th weekend there are no utility sites left available.
May 15th weekend there are only 30 amp electric sites left available.
With things being what they are, we'd like to give you all an update.
The Park Office will continue to operate during normal business hours: Monday through Saturday 8 AM- 4:30 PM
The office is closed to foot traffic, but you can do all business over the phone: (620) 362-3671 and we'll bring out your permits and licenses.
The gatehouse is open during extended hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1 PM - 9 PM and can process reservations, licenses, permits, and boat renewals as well.
Currently the marina is open, but they're doing carry out orders only. Our understanding is that she's going to continue to operate this way for the next few weeks. We'll post an update if anything changes.
As of Friday May 1st at 2 pm. The beach area is closed to limit the spread of the covid-19 virus.
All other bath house and restroom facilities are open around the park
The lake is still open to hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing. We appreciate everyone's patience during this time. With everyone working together toward a common goal, we can all enjoy the outdoors and do what we all can to get things opened back up.
As always, if you have any questions you can contact the park office at 620-362-3671
