Daniel Saucedo on big screen! Watch for FREE!
*details below
It’s been such a privilege to get to know Daniel Saucedo and his family throughout the years. It all started a couple of years ago when I saw him powering up a treadmill at the
I thought he was part of a running club but it turned out he just liked running at high intensities for fun. I encouraged him to come out to run the Mt. Madonna Challenge and to join the summer beer runs that I organize. He signed up and joined, next thing you know, his family started tagging along. He’s received two Mt. Madonna Challenge scholarships to attend the Max King Trail Running Camp in 2024 (Redwood National Park/Forest, and 2025 (Sisters, Oregon), and is recognized by just about every local runner in the area. Working with him along the way and seeing how much passion there is in his heart for running, reminds of why I coach. It also reminds me of how much the sport has changed my life. Daniel’s shows up everyday with a smile on his face. I mean, he shows up to 5:30am runs mid week before school on his own volition. I don’t know many people, let alone 13 year olds doing anything like that. Of course it wouldn’t be possible without the strong foundation and support from both and .saucedo.37 I look forward to seeing what else Daniel accomplishes on his running journey. Join us for the South Bay screening of Dipsea Generations, a film that follows five young runners from across the Bay as they take on the iconic Dipsea race. The race’s unique handicap start makes it ripe for improving access to the sport.
