Here's a cool piece of history! So back in the day(when they were made) around 1950s Heddon would mark some research box...

Here's a cool piece of history! So back in the day(when they were made) around 1950s Heddon would mark some research boxes and send with their salesman to put them in the hands of people who would try them out and sometimes report back what they thought about the model or color for their area! Some colors were shortlived, others mass produced. Think of it as an early r&d method!
