AGM (Annual General Meeting) is Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 6pm at the CUTX building in Gilmer Texas.

Board member positions up for election: President, Treasurer, Head of Coaches, Head of Maintenance for current-year voting. We also have Secretary, Assistant Secretary, and Head of Referee for off-year elections.

We invite all those who are interested in volunteering to be a member of the board, please come.
