Z is a 60lb love bug. She is trained and handled by Tate Martinson. She is so mellow in the house and around the kids. Z is the true meaning to a light switch dog, very consistent in the field and maintains a great speed for any foot hunter. She has a natural retrieve and love for the water. This will be her second litter. She was an amazing mom raising 14 pups all by herself. That litter went on to be a Natural Ability’s Breeders Award. We expect this litter will do the same.

Drake is a proven hunter on upland and waterfowl. His drive, stamina, intelligence, and cooperation make him a joy hunt with. Drake is up for any task from covering miles in search of sharp-tails to beating up the heavy cover for pheasants to retrieving Giant Canada geese. After the hunt Drake switches into the most well-behaved and affectionate house dog you could ask for. He is accustomed to everything from being left home alone to hanging out in a large gathering of kids and normal home chaos. Drake is the epitome of why we love Wirehairs.
