With the growing number of home school and Cyber school kids we received lots of feedback of getting the kids involved with a Gym Class !

We have plenty of space to run kids class
During an adult class !

Bring back Saturday morning 8:30 am kickboxing ? Sunday class at 9 am? Friday class am or Pm?!

HIIT/ Barbell- Thursday 6:00 pm

BARBELL- Saturday 9:30 am

Through Kwons Martial Arts And Fitbody Fitness site, we offer trials at a major discount for new members! Trials can be purchased for kickboxing, martial arts, and spin classes. Our Trial packages are only $20 and include 3 sessions that you can book via our site calendar.
