Hello! Thank you for visiting my page and taking an interest in this exciting,
new venture. Here's a little bit about me:
I grew up in NJ and started my athletic career at age 5 when my parents enrolled me in gymnastics class. I competed for Devlin Gymnastics for 10 years and was also on my high school gymnastics and track & field teams. I retired a Level 9 gymnasts before college due to injury. I attended West Chester University (WCU), majoring in Athletic Training and minoring in Coaching. I figured if I could not continue as a high level athlete, I might as well learn how to take care of them. While working as a Graduate Assistant in the Sports Medicine Department at WCU, I completed my masters degree in Sports Administration. My professional resume includes being a coach, Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), physical education instructor, strength & conditioning coach, clinical instructor/preceptor, manager, and administrator. I've worked with Olympic, professional, collegiate, high school, and youth athletes in the realms of injury prevention, injury evaluation, and injury rehabilitation. My past experiences, along with the knowledge and skills gained as an ATC, have prepared me for assisting young athletes in being the most successful they can be in their sports!
