Keelstone examines the decision and the behavior around it. Observers note how teams frame problems, handle dissent, use advice, commit, and adapt.

Those observations are behavioral. They do not diagnose or rank personality. The experience creates material for reflection on how a team reached its decisions, alongside what happened in the market.

For senior healthcare leaders, that is a chance to look closely at the process behind consequential choices.

Considering Keelstone? Start with fit.

The experience is designed for senior healthcare leaders with enterprise or cross-functional decision responsibilities and a willingness to prepare and participate actively.

Admission takes account of leadership fit, cohort balance, and potential conflicts. A conversation or application does not guarantee a seat. Accepted participants receive participation terms and payment instructions before enrollment is completed.

The cohort is capped at 24 participants. The exercise uses a fictional market, with safeguards around confidential and competitively sensitive information.

Four organizations can face the same market change and have very different decisions to make.

In Keelstone’s fictional healthcare market, participants lead an integrated nonprofit, a safety-net alliance, a payer-provider platform, or a rural consortium.

Each has a different mandate, operating position, and set of constraints. A workforce shortage or change in capital costs will not land the same way across all four.

As teams act, their choices change the conditions for everyone else. That interdependence is central to the experience.
