Yesterday I have good reason to believe the shooting suspect made a dangerous pass by me as I pulled onto 2nd Ave in Virginia. I was about to turn left when he swerved around to pass me as police cars were heading to Eveleth on the call of a gunshot victim.

You may not be the one who is initially part of the confrontation, but the fleeing felon may run into you as they flee. Are you prepared? Do you know what your rights are and how to legally use deadly force?
