CycleBar brings cycling and strength training together in one workout.

You get the cardio and rhythm of the ride, paired with strength work, conditioning, and the energy that comes from moving in sync with a room full of people all working towards their own personal goals, together.

Challenging without being intimidating.
High-intensity without the impact.
Motivating without the judgment.

It’s a place to belong. To ride on your terms. To leave fuller than you arrived.

It’s indoor cycling, strengthened. And it’s worth it, every time.

10 YEARS! ❀️✨

Big shoutout to ⚑️CYCLEBAR MIDTOWN CLT⚑️ and the entire team for 10 incredible years of building a community that keeps people coming back, year after year.

From day-one riders to new faces, big milestones to everyday rides, you’ve created something really special that goes way beyond the bike.

We’re so proud to have you as part of the CycleBar family. Cheers to 10 years and many more to come!

What song will they choose?

There’s still time to Pass the Aux! Invite a friend to CycleBar and they’ll get to choose the song for their very first ride.

Plus, you could win a $500 Ticketmaster Gift Card just for passing the aux πŸ‘€πŸ‘€

There are still weeks left to get in on it.

Who are you bringing to the bike?

09/03/2026

No matter your genre, we’ve got your playlist. And your bike.

ROCK your ride.

08/31/2026

β€œWe don’t just throw songs into a playlist and call it a day.

I’m really thinking about the whole ride when I’m putting it together. Like, when do you need me to push you? When do you need to take a breath? When do you just need a song that makes you feel really good? The music kind of takes you through the whole thing.”

❀️ Meet The Tuey Family! πŸ₯°

On the morning of July 5, 2023 our dear friends lost their home, car and all their possessions in a house fire. Thankfully all four family members survived and were unharmed. Unfortunately, they lost one of their beloved dogs.

They escaped the fire with only the clothes on their backs and will need to rebuild from scratch. Insurance will help some in getting things back together but it will take a lot of time for claims to go through. The estimate for the rebuild of their home is 12-18 months.

πŸ“£When a member of our CBG family is in need, WE SHOW UP! We will be hosting three CycleGives rides for them on Saturday, August 19th and BOOKING IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!
❀️ $10 minimum Ride Credit Donation to book your bike and ALL MONEY COLLECTED will go straight to the Tuey Family! πŸ˜ŠπŸ™Œ

The Tueys are the most amazing family and are always there for anyone lucky enough to call them friends. Let’s help lift them up in this time of need!
