🎾 Performance breakdowns under pressure (I.e. miss break point opportunities, double fault at game point or match point, etc.)

Normally valued at $150.

In exchange, I simply ask for an honest testimonial.

Something Exciting Is Brewing…

This week on the HTP Podcast, things will look a little different.

You’ll notice less short-form content than usual, and that’s because we’re busy working behind the scenes on something we’re incredibly excited about. 🎙️✨

At the end of this week, we’ll be making a special announcement.

Over the last year, HTP Podcast has continued to grow and evolve, and we’re beginning to explore new opportunities for tennis players who are open-minded and looking for something beyond traditional tennis training.

For now, we’ll be a little quieter than usual, but trust us—it’s for a good reason. 😉

But no one teaches them how to release frustration safely orand in a healthy way.

This audible breathwork exercise helps players:
• Release tension from the body
• Reset emotionally after mistakes
• Stop holding frustration inside
