*OR, believe the voice in your head about the excuses you buy into and sell to your friends / anyone for support?

Without social media’s help or a piece of technology accessible, or a friend just trying to tell u what u want;
***Have you ever asked these questions in the mirror?
*HOW CAN I KNOW HOW LONG IT TOOK TO GET OUT OF SHAPE, and Why do I expect it to snap back to an unrealistic image I have of myself from years / decades past?
*Why / How do I allow myself to lose motivation (just like everyone else does) and therefore quit?
*Why do I allow myself to get taken off course so fast? And why do I come up with excuses that make me feel better at the moment without doing what’s hard to be happy forever?
*What are the ongoing repercussions of rapid weight loss & gain from my yo-yo dieting? Do I even care and if not, how is that possible?
*Why do I fall for the get thin quick scheme when I NEVER LOOK IN THE MIRRO AND HUMBLY ASK….WTF and I’m covering up?
*What am I running from?
*What conversation have I NOT had with myself that will bring me to tears because it fu***ng hurts?
*How many times have I lost weight then gained weight then lost weight then….blah blah blah? And WHY THE F**K IS THAT?

Regardless of who you work with or how motivated you are….for NOW….
IF, your not intentionally growing within (personally, professionally, spiritually, etc.)…..
*YOU WILL NEVER BE IN A SUSTAINABLE, productive, HEALTH PLAN, and therefore, start to recover from the toxic internal cycles that keep you chasing Happiness!
