A good workout should challenge you, not destroy you. Constantly pushing your body to the point of nausea, dizziness, or exhaustion can actually hurt recovery, increase stress on the body, and make consistency harder long term.

Results don’t come from “almost dying” in one workout. They come from training smart, recovering well, and showing up consistently.
