I have created a sign up genius for private 1 on 1 training starting next week and all throughout the summer.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of you that spend every Saturday of your life in a packed sweaty gym with the kids! ♥️ We truly owe you all the world! Without you we would not be where we are today!

This is the last week of our Spring WAR season 😢

🚨 We will be in the Aux gym all week.
It’s on the opposite side of the building we normally hold practice.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
5:00-6:00pm Beginner
6:00-7:30pm Advanced

Then we will take the next 2 weeks off as we finish school and get that first week of summer in. Then we are back to work.

We start our summer season June 1st with weights and June 2nd with wrestling. A TON of growth happens during the summer! We’ll be sure to go to a couple summer duals as well. Our competition schedule will come out soon.

We hope to see everyone grinding with us all summer long!

We had to move our Thursday’s practice to Wednesday due to a scheduling conflict.

There is a “Savage Saturday” hosted by Hamilton HS this Saturday. It will run from 10am-12pm. They will run it just like scraps.

This is great for all our JH and HS wrestlers looking to get a bunch of low stress matches in with some good mat time.
