One of the biggest challenges I see when it comes to nutrition isn’t knowing what’s “healthy”… it’s actually sticking with it.

Most people try to follow plans that look great on paper but don’t match their real life — their schedule, their preferences, or the foods they actually enjoy. That’s usually where things start to fall apart.

Lately, my focus has been on coaching my basketball teams, training athletes across various sports, and improving the daily lives of my chronic condition clients. Because of this, my sessions with kids who truly need a confidence boost have naturally decreased—but I’m determined to change that immediately.

To make training more accessible and fun, I’m launching a Buddy Training Program for kids, available locally near Gilbert, AZ, or online. This program is designed to help kids gain confidence, improve coordination, and feel more comfortable in their bodies—regardless of skill level or past experience.

✅ The first two kids in a session TOTAL just $60 for a one-hour session.
✅ Every additional child (up to five total) is only $10 more each!

This creates a supportive, social environment where kids can thrive, all while making personal training much more affordable for parents—especially for kids who may have felt overlooked in traditional sports or PE settings.
