While you take our 12pm Hot Vinyasa Flow, the kids can enjoy their own yoga class in Studio B!

My background includes coaching strength training, yoga sculpt, Pilates-inspired movement, and nutrition coaching. I believe fitness should be empowering, fun, and something that enhances your everyday life. My classes are welcoming, high-energy, and designed to leave you feeling stronger—both physically and mentally.
