Caddying for professional golfers taught Dave that great golf involves much more than the swing.

Preparation.
Course management.
Staying composed after mistakes.
Knowing when to attack and when to play smart.

Dave has been part of five top-10 finishes, including two runner-up finishes, while caddying on mini tours in Arizona and Utah.

Some players need to see it.
Some need to feel it.
Some need the mechanics explained.
Others need one simple thought and a ball in front of them.

Good coaching starts with understanding the student, not forcing everyone into the same method.

After retiring from the Navy, Dave faced a very different kind of challenge.

During counseling, he was asked what he enjoyed doing outside.

His answer? Golf.

The response was simple: Then you should golf.

What started as a way to get outside and find purpose eventually became an opportunity to help other people through the game he loved.

Golf became part of Dave’s next chapter and Navy Dave Golf grew from there. ⛳
