This is what I learned with my journey and what I continue to practice.

What not to do
-shame
-stay in a negative state
-stay in that negative environment
-punish yourself with hard workouts
-punish yourself with restrictive dieting
-run from your emotions

What to do
-reflect on the mistake
-forgive yourself
-get yourself back to a positive state
-surround yourself with a positive environment
-workout and eat right because you love your body and mind
-process your emotions and who you want to be

Good genetics? Or not 😂

If you follow me you might think a 21 year old like me didn’t have to work for it. Like I was blessed with insane muscle and metabolism.

From when I was 14-17 I was the skinny fat kid! Then I got lean and then I got chubby again. Gained over 50 pounds in 7 months.

I am here to show you guys that are in the same boat that we can do this.

You don’t have to be held down! You don’t have to listen to the family members or friends that keep telling us it’s not for us.

This is not you! You can do it cause I did!

You actually have that edge on your competition, a chip on your shoulder!

Why? Because you build the healthy sustainable habits when they are relying on metabolism.

That’s it guys.

If you are getting into a positive state and better mood first thing, think how that would affect your day.

How much better are you going to be with your sales and business.

A lot of the times we were starting our day negative.

Automatically ruining the beginning of the day and leading to a bad start.

We started getting the morning workout in and the day started off with positive momentum.

It was changing our whole mindset towards our business!

If you are up getting the hard things done you become someone that can take on the tasks that you have at work that day.

You are better equip to handle the important things in your life!

Super simple steps to conquer your morning!

1. Start with a small thing that you can accomplish right away when you get up!
2. Get 30 min to a hour of exercise to get your mind right for the day
3. Create a reward after finishing that workout to solidify that habit!

Here are 10 steps to create a lean and confident lifestyle as a high achieving male.

1. Be honest with where you are at
2. Get clear on your goals
3. Make a schedule on when you will workout and eat
4. Find your nutrition targets. Focus on protein.
5. Create and keep the small habits that compound wins
6. Get around the right people and environment that supports your fitness goals
7. Start focusing on identity change and lifestyle changes
8. Spend each day feeding your brain with positive things (books,podcast,family)
9. Meditate and journal daily
10. Focus on weight training

Reminder the lifestyle you want is waiting for you to take action.

Hard truth people don’t realize when it comes to fitness and health.

Success is monotonous and boring.

Success isn’t exciting most days.

That means your nutrition, and working out is going to be boring a lot of times.

Let me explain…

A lot of people look at fit and confident individuals and think they did something crazy or are eating a diet that finally is the answer.

That’s not the case at all.

People that are fit and confident have mastered the boring and the day in and day out work!

They’ve made it a daily habit!

They’ve stayed
consistent with their diet and training for a long period of time!

That’s what it takes.

Fear of leaving our old selves behind stopped us from becoming who we needed to become.

We had the belief in our mind that if we let go of certain foods, said no to certain things, and built new habits we would totally change who we are.

In reality it showed us more of our true and authentic selves.

It’s when we confronted that fear and took action anyway to build those new habits, and get rid of certain foods that really caused us too become lean and confident.

Next time fear comes into your life, that’s a sign to become more of your true and best self!
