2024 was a great year for Exhale Pilates! I'm so grateful for all of the wonderful clients I've had the pleasure to teach! Its been a wonderful holiday season spending time with family. However, I've been missing all of my clients over these last few weeks! Looking forward to seeing everyone next week! 2025 is going to be filled with teaching Pilates and helping others feel stronger and function better thru movement. I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year!

I'm so thankful for all of the wonderful clients I've had the pleasure to teach this year. I'm also thankful for my husband and kids for being so supportive of me and Exhale Pilates . I couldn't do it without them by my side. Enjoying the nice long holiday weekend but excited to get people moving again on Monday! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! ❤️🦃❤️

One of my newest clients Trevor is an ultra marathon athlete! He's run races that are 100+ miles! When Trevor is not being active he works from home and sits at a desk most of the day. He's unfortunately had to take a little break from running as he is suffering from plantar fasciatis. Trevor started coming to Pilates a few weeks ago in hopes that it may give him some PF relief thru deep stretching and lengthening of the body. We are currently working each week to help loosen everything up and try to give him some relief. Trevor is also enjoying the low impact strength training and work that reformer Pilates provides! Especially the glutes and abs!

Reformer Pilates is a great addition to everyone's workout regimen!
