Harbor Parkour is my first attempt at trying to bring Parkour to the community.
I’ve found this to be an activity that engages youth and helps build amazing athleticism and confidence.
We of course start with basics and progress at each individual students pace.
As it is a non competitive activity, this is for those looking to increase bodily control, and learn to strategically and athletically navigate their surrounding environment in an urban setting with running, jumping, climbing, vaulting etc. (sort of being a ninja).
Each of these skills will be introduced and applied at different locations in town as students progress.
I’m excited to begin this journey and hope you find your way through the doors!
