Trinity Gymnastics Strong kids turn into strong leaders—and we’re on the front lines of developing strong athletes. We’ve sent our athletes to Nationals and to college programs.

Trinity gymnasts are engaged, focused, imbued with integrity and humility, and are winners in every sense of the word. We’ve made it our mission to help build strong, capable athletes who know the true source of their talents, and that the best way to give back is dedication, sacrifice, and hard work. We pride ourselves on developing the whole person, using gymnastics as the vehicle for greatness.

Our athletes are encouraged to be well-rounded young people—many of our kids are straight A students, play instruments, participate in other sports, and volunteer. Trinity Gymnastics’ mission, and the goal of each of the coaches is to help our kids succeed in the gym, and in life. Offered Classes:
• Pre-school: Toddlers and young children practice body awareness and build strength while integrating developmentally appropriate learning.
• Beginner-Advanced Recreational Gymnastics: Appropriate for all ages, students learn the basics of gymnastics, build strength, stamina, and flexibility, all while having fun!
• Competitive Team: These hand picked athletes participate in USAG sanctioned competitions, and have led Trinity to state, regional, and national titles.
