ATF drops new rules on AR Pistols!

As of 1/13/23, Aztec Arms has removed AR Pistols from our products sold on GunBroker.

If you have an AR Pistol or wanted to get one, you need to review the attached YouTube video from Armed Scholar. Basically, the ATF is reclassifying AR Pistols as Short Barreled Rifles. As it stands today, you have 120 days to take one of several actions. Regardless of which option you choose, you can contact Kevin at Aztec Arms for assistance in ensuring you remain 100% legal.

That said, there will be legal challenges to this new rule filed in the upcoming days. The results of those legal challenges will be the determining factor regarding AR Pistols in the long run so check back here or with Armed Scholar periodically.
