You can want the better life.
The healthier body
The calmer mind
The stronger marriage
More confidence
Successful business that actually feels aligned
But at some point, you have to ask yourself…
Do I actually have the capacity to hold it?
Not the desire for it
Not the vision board
Not the ability to talk about it, dream about it, or imagine it
The capacity.
Because a lot of people want a different life…
until it requires a different version of them.
Until it asks them to be honest.
To stop blaming timing….stress, circumstances, or “that’s just how I am.”
Until it asks them to look at the habits they keep defending.
The boundaries they keep avoiding.
The comfort they keep choosing, even though it’s costing them peace.
And listen…comfort can be seductive.
Even when it doesn’t feel good.
Even when it’s not what you want.
Even when you know there’s more available.
Because at least comfort is familiar.
But the life you say you want will probably require you to get uncomfortable in the daily, quiet….and honest ways.
Doing the thing you said you were going to do.
Having the conversation you keep avoiding.
Changing how you speak to yourself.
No longer abandoning yourself just to keep everything easy.
That is the work.
And it’s also where life starts to feel different.
Because wanting more is one thing.
Becoming the person who can hold more?
That’s where EVERYTHING changes.
If this hit somewhere you’ve been avoiding, apply for coaching through the link in my bio or send me a DM and we can talk about what working together could look like.
