C & C Club Rules
1. It is the duty of each member to read, understand, and follow all club rules. Once you have signed this document, you have entered into a contractual agreement with C & C Hunting Club, and its club President. Failure to abide by all rules could result in immediate dismissal with NO reimbursements of any monies that have been collected by the club. If you are dismissed from the club you will need to take all your personal property with you. If you are unable to take all of your items with you at that time, you will need to set an appointment to re-enter the club property. There will be NO refund of any deposits or dues for any reason at any time.
2. NO illegal substances allowed in camp or on club property at any time.
3. NO Loaded guns in camp at any time.
4. Antlered bucks must have four points on one side with each point being at least one inch in length, and ear tip to ear tip in width, or of a mature age (min of 3.5 years of age). Any hunter taking an antlered buck that doesn’t meet these requirements will be charged $100.00 and the fee will be paid before he/she will be allowed to hunt on the club property again. If this offense happens twice by the same hunter in one season he/she will be charged another $100.00 and will not be allowed to deer hunt the rest of the season. You will have the right to appeal to a five person board of your fellow members that will be appointed by the president in June of each year with the president being the fifth member. Children seventeen years of age and younger will hunt by state rules and regulations, and will not be restricted by the club with trophy management. For all other game, state rules and regulations apply. Anyone of any age that hasn't killed a buck in their lifetime is allowed to take the first buck without restrictions.
5. Children of paying members who are under the age of eighteen and still enrolled in school will be honorary members at no additional cost. Children of a paying member who are eighteen to twenty one and enrolled full time in college, their dues will be half price.
6. No cutting of commercial pine trees.
7. Guest hunting is permitted but limited during deer, and turkey seasons. Each full paying member will be allowed a guest for a total of ten days during each turkey and deer season. Guest hunting is permitted during archery season. No guest hunting during muzzle loading week. Guest will be allowed to return Monday after the third Sunday of gun season. Guest hunting is limited to 5 days on weekends. Guest hunting for turkey will be allowed Monday after the third Sunday of season. Guest hunting for water fowl is also permitted. There is a guest fee of $10.00 per hunt or $20.00 per day. It is the responsibility of the club member that brings the guest to collect and pay guest fees. The club president is to be notified by the member before you take a guest to the club. ALL GUESTS MUST BE APPROVED. C&C will continue its effort to host active duty military hunts.
8. All members and guests are required to pin in at camp before, and out after each hunt. Do not pin in the night before unless you are pinning in on your stand.
9. All activities other than hunting are to only be done between the hours of 12:30pm and 2:30pm with NO exceptions. You must check back in at camp no later than 2:45pm. No re-entering of the property after dark for any reason other than to retrieve game.
10. Deer stands should be in place before deer season; however this is not set in stone. Please keep as much activity down as possible during season.
11. Claimed areas must have a permanent structure that is safe for other members to hunt. All new stands or other hunting structures and locations must be approved by the club president. I will GPS then approve the location if there is a distance of 150 yards between it and the nearest location.
12. Do not leave pins on the pin board if your stand is no longer there. If I can’t find the stand I will pull the pin.
13. Respect other members, their stands, and hunting areas. If you would complain about it don’t do it to anyone else. Don’t scout a fellow member’s area if they are there unless you ask if they have any plans on hunting that area soon. Don’t pin in on a fellow member’s stand without confirming they have not planned on hunting it, etc.……
14. Camp is to be kept clean at all times along with the rest of the club property. Do not leave any trash in camp or around the campfire. Place all trash, cans, and bottles in the right place before your go off to bed or home. If it came with you take it with you. A dirty camp leaves a bad impression on guest and potential new members.

17. Does must be taken from you own stand from opening day of muzzleloader until after the 3rd Sunday of rifle season.
