What a way to start the new season!!! Went 2-0-1 yesterday, outscoring our opponents 30-5, while hitting nearly .500 on the day. We were lead at the plate by Sophia Piepsney who hit 1.000 for the day. We were lead on the mound by Maggie Hayes who threw 5 solid innings, including one 3 pitch inning!!!

27 hits on the day is impressive, but just as impressive was the fielding!! Check out a couple of the highlights below.

Lila Spada on a fly out / throw out at the plate for a double play!!!!!! And an awesome 4-6-3 double play from Sutton Wilson to Brooklyn Bargo to Ella Youngs.

Every girl played great!!! So excited to see what these girls can do this season!!!
