It's wednesday already, time to go to class and release the week's frustrations and negative energy with some taekwondo.

It was another good night of taekwondo. Practiced blocking and kicking mechanics, feeling what's balanced and strong and what's not. Class meets Monday and Wednesday nights 645 to 8. 1700 proline place, Gettysburg. Ages 14 on up, you're never to old to start or get back into doing karate.

The kicks are improving. If you ever thought about learning karate, its not too late to start. Come over to the gettysburg rec park on tues evening from 630 to 730. Always accepting students.
