👉 Meet Coach Jennifer

Jennifer has been part of the Memphis Fitness Co. community since the very beginning. As one of our founding members, she has spent the past 7 years showing up with consistency, positivity, and a genuine passion for health and wellness. Now, she’s excited to begin a new chapter as part of the coaching team.

Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor who combines strength training, mobility, and mindful movement to help people feel their best. Her coaching style is encouraging, approachable, and focused on helping members build confidence while becoming stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies.

Having experienced firsthand the impact of consistent training and a supportive community, Jennifer understands the challenges and victories that come with any fitness journey. She is passionate about helping members feel welcomed, supported, and empowered, no matter where they are starting.

When she’s not coaching, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her daughter, who inspires her every day to live an active, balanced, and joyful life.

Over the last six weeks, we watched members show up early, stay late, encourage their partners, make better nutrition choices, push through tough workouts, and stay committed even on the days they didn’t feel like it.

The numbers are impressive, but what we’re most proud of is the consistency, accountability, and effort displayed by everyone who participated.
