🚨 IT’S GENIA’S BIRTHDAY! 🚨

And when you’ve been with us as long as Genia has, we feel like we’ve earned the right to make a big deal about it. 😂❤️

She’s survived years of early alarms, heavy weights, burpees, “just one more set,” and coaches who clearly have a very different definition of the word fun.

And STILL she keeps showing up. At this point, Genia, you know way too much. We can never let you leave. 😂

Seriously, we are so thankful you’ve chosen to spend so many of your years sweating, laughing, getting stronger, and making memories with us.

Today, though, the only reps we’re counting are birthday wishes. 🥳

Join Coach Brandon every other Sunday to work on the big three:

💪 Evening classes are ON!

🚧 The parking lot may still be a little tricky due to the paving, so please give yourself a few extra minutes and be prepared to park a little farther away.

After the day we’ve had, we’re calling this a WIN. 😂

We are REALLY being tested today. 😂

First the parking lot paving. Then the AC. And now… the power is out. ⚡️

At this point, we’re just rolling with whatever today decides to throw at us. 😅

Unfortunately, our NOON CLASS IS CANCELED. We’ve been told power is expected to be restored later this afternoon, and we’ll keep you updated.
