This page is maintained by the bike park volunteers and is not affiliated with Montgomery Parks staff. A partnership between M-NCPPC & MORE (Mid-Atlantic Off Road Enthusiasts), this growing facility has a 6,000 sq. of progressive dirt jumps, advanced, intermediate and beginner flow lines, all weather fiberglass pump track, drop zone, teeters, skills obstacles, two pavilions (first come basis) and

picnic tables. Riders of all ages can hone their bike handling skills that will translate into safer riding in a variety of situations. The tracks and jumps are appropriate for kids on scoot bikes all the way up to seasoned veterans. Located along the in the South Germantown Recreational Park, the track is free, and open to the public for free from dawn until dusk. The volunteers that maintain this facility do not post closures due to wet or muddy conditions. We ask our visitors to use your best judgement when enjoying the park. Please DO NOT ride when wet and muddy. If you are making ruts on the track, you are damaging the surface, and creating more work for the volunteers. Also, please keep your children from running on the berms and jumps. This damages the surface as well. Motorized vehicles are PROHIBITED. This includes e-bikes, electric scooters and RC cars. Please ride responsibly and always wear a helmet.

If YOU remove the tarps, YOU are responsible for putting them back in place (with rocks). Also, please give the park 24 hours to dry after it’s rained all day. It doesn’t dry the moment the sun pops out. The volunteers appreciate your help.

When it’s too wet to ride, you dig! Once the storms cleared yesterday, a few people talked about doing a little work. Then a couple more chimed in. Next thing you know, we had a solid little crew. Big thanks to Ryan, Jai, the Daniel’s, Ben, Ben’s dad, Todd, Mikey and Claire for the trimming and dirt work. It doesn’t take a ton of people to make a big difference.

Dig and Ride Wednesday! Lots of people showed up to help install the Trail Armor on the Drop Zone. We also rebuilt and tested the hip and landing 1. Both are dialed and ready for Trail Armor as well. Flow checks at sunset wrapped up the evening. Join us some Wednesday. It’s the best place to be.

Dig and Ride Wednesday is coming up. Join the crew as we install some Trail Armor on the drop zone. Weather should be amazing and the park is in great shape thanks to the volunteers who helped with the mowing after the recent rains.

As the sun sets on our first spring jump jam, we want to thank everyone who came out to shred and support the park. Spectators, participants and especially the volunteers. The jam wouldn’t happen without everyone involved. There will be a lot of action pics and videos coming out soon. We just wanted to share a few pics of the people who make the park so special.
