Nation's Capital Swim Club- North Finest Swimming in the Nation's Capital The Finest Swimming in the Nation's Capital. NCAP- North is the farthest northern training site of NCAP.

Starting fall 2017, NCAP-Germantown/QO will split into two training sites that will fall under one umbrella NCAP-North. Both training facilities Montgomery College and Quince Orchard will offer Bronze 2, Bronze 1 and Silver programming. Both training locations will feed into the GOLD Program which will train at Montgomery College Germantown. This divide will help better accommodate Gaithersburg/Ge
