"Regular price" registration for the Fall 2026 season ends on Monday, August 3. A "Late Fee" will be added to all registrations received after August 3. Once we reach our capacity, we will close registration for season.

We play at the Adventist Fieldhouse in Boyds (Germantown) MD. This is a draft league, you sign up on your own and show your skills & speed at tryouts. Captains then draft teams. You'll make lots of new friends and get to play competitive volleyball, what's not to love?!?

Enjoying your summer break? ☀️ Did you get to enjoy BSD's recent Summer Smash tournament? 💪 So yeah, the weather didn't cooperate as much as we wanted. But we know somewhere the weather won't bother you... indoors again! REGISTRATION IS OPEN for the Fall season!

BSD is a "draft" league. You sign up on your own and captains draft teams. There are tryouts and you should definitely attend them New players should _REALLY_ aim to make the first tryout. There are 5-6 divisions to accommodate everyone's skills and experience. It's competitive, it's social, and you will have fun!

The first annual BSD Summer Smash - a reverse coed grass tournament - is coming up! Beer, food, and volleyball! What more do you need for a fun day! Sign up by July 3 to reserve your team’s spot at the best rates!

Reverse Coed 6s
- No blocking/hitting for males in the front row
- Max of 3 males per team. Minimum 6 players per team/8 players max
- Indoor rules (Open hand serve receive)

Chill Vibes
- Waredaca Brewing will be on site to sell beer!*
- Bangin BBQ will be on site to sell food!

Format
- 2 divisions (A and BB). Max 16 teams
- 3 matches in pool play (2 sets)
- Playoffs guaranteed (Best 2 out of 3/Single elimination)
- Prizes for 1st place winner in each division (Shirts and gift cards)

How was your winter workout program? Lots of cardio with strength training, and with tons of volleyball reps to up your game??? Or was it like ours, where each day we mostly tried (and failed) to avoid eating a box of cookies for a midday snack? 🍪

Well, whatever you did over the winter, it's time to put it to work for the BSD SPRING SEASON! 📛 Registration is now OPEN! 📛 Sign up early before you get blocked out. Then have a cookie to celebrate signing up!

Our website http://bsdvolleyball.com/ has gotten a makeover. Every player has their own account keyed to either their email address or their Google ID. Registrations going forward should be a much smoother experience as your previous registration information will show up when you register. If you’ve ever played with BSD before, your account is all set up, you just need to reset your password to login.

If you previously registered friends or family using -your- email address, we made an attempt to tie your email to the right user information. Your friends or family can either register as new players or send an email to [email protected] to tell us the email address we should use for them and we’ll handle that update.

The Fall 2025 season is now a happy memory! 34 teams & 6 divisions again, with all divisions playing 3 matches in the final night of playoffs... all that excitement made for a loud night of fun!

Congratulations to the winners and thank you EVERYONE for the super season! Our heartfelt gratitude to all the players who volunteered to help and to be captains, and a big thanks to the refs who help make the matches run so smoothly!

Spring 2026 season registration will be here before you know it! Keep an eye here for when we announce the details in February!
