Max Weber is a member of the U10 Blue Jr Warhawks who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes recently.

This Thursday, August 28th from 4-8pm, Chick-fil-A is hosting a mobile order fundraiser to support Max's Breakthrough T1D walk team.
