San Francisco Half Marathon — 1:49:48
І так, я вижив після всіх цих апхілів 😅

Стартанув з Embarcadero — все було красиво й рівно… хвилин 20.
Потім — Crissy Field, і тут почалось: перший апхіл такий, ніби місто вирішило перевірити мої легені на міцність.

А далі — Golden Gate Bridge ще один мощний апхіл в тумані, вітер в лице, ноги в ахері, але пейзажі — космос. Біг по мосту туди й назад — як в петлі часу

На 15-му км тіло сказало: “Я голодний”
І тут — хтось врятував мене гелем. Прямо як сюжетний поворот. Зарядився і долетів.

Фінішував у Golden Gate Park з часом 1:49:48 — і це реально хороший результат для такої “хвилястої” траси.

Що далі? Повний марафон? Можливо. Але спочатку — паста з тунцем і горизонтальне положення 🍝
