Kamishin Ryu Class update! For anyone who has been wanting to try Kamishin but Saturday evenings just didn't work. We are now offering the class on Monday evenings starting at 6pm. Come join Steve for some great training and meet the incredible group of students in the class! Not sure what Kamishin Ryu is??? The short description is a style of joint locks and manipulations designed to immobilize an attacker by directing him to a facedown prone position.

Reminder! No class today 6/12 and No Lil Dragons class tomorrow 6/13! We will be traveling to Windsor Colorado for our next tournament of the season! Have a wonderful weekend and we will see everyone back for class next week!
