Aren't you tired of just wishing and hoping???

Well then ladies let's make this happen! There is no better time than NOW..there is no better person than YOU to take charge and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

For me, my very 1st a-ha moment came years back while at my grandparents house, I was in the basement and had to walk up a total of 7 steps to get to the kitchen to grab a snack. When I reached the top of those steps, I was so winded and out of breath that I couldn't believe it. I thought this is pathetic I am In my early twenties and was always active and here I can't even walk up 7 steps without losing my breath.

I decided that day at that very moment that I had had enough.

I started consistently. purposely exercising on a regular basis and watching what I was eating and started taking control of my life. Now that is certainly not to say that I did not ever let my life get out of control again because I did, after all I am human.
And each time there was and a-ha moment that brought me back to reality and on track.

I've had a few A-ha moments cause after all...that's life!

Some of my up's and down's were not always in my control such as pregnancies, cancer, surgeries, medications and that ugly MENOPAUSE thing that happens.... Not to mention just having mild cases of depressing times throughout my life.

Everyone goes through something but it's how we come out on the other side that matters.

I help women of all ages take that control back. I help them realize how special and gifted they truly are. How amazing they can be and what astonishing accomplishments they can create.
It's not about being as good as someone else, but about becoming the best YOU possible!

If you think that you are at your a-ha moment and you really are ready to say enough is enough and then I AM YOUR GIRL!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO BETTER YOURSELF TODAY??

Are you just sitting around? Bored? Tired? Confused? Upset? Well you're not alone...but instead of dwelling on those feelings and making decisions you may regret...get up, do something active, be productive-clean out a closet, rearrange your living room for a fresh look, read a book you've been thinking about or simply catch up on a few hours of sleep your body needs anyway.
The point is to do something that you can be proud of, something that gives you a sense of accomplishment.

Hey for some, they run 24/7 so taking a mental break and simply listening to calming music and relaxing in a tub IS being productive!!

What are your intentions for the month? Do you have goals/tasks you're currently working on? Or ones you want to start??

Just remember, take it one day at a time...and if you slip...well get up, dust yourself off and start again!!

Start as many times as you need to, to you finally get it. And if you've tried all you can, maybe it's time to reach out, be vulnerable, raw and honest with your questions/struggles and ask for help!
There is so much power in admittedly saying.. I just don't get it and I need some guidance!! Why try to do it all on your own...stand on the shoulders of those who have been where you are and learned from it!!
I believe in you!!

Now go out and smash those challenges!

So. ...January is ending and February will begin!

Did you stick to your intentions for this year? Or for the month?

I'm sure you know that over 70% of ppl who set goals/resolutions fail/ give up within the first 6 weeks. It's ok if you're one of the 70%....Each and every day is a chance to begin again.

Do not let what you didn't accomplish stop you from what you can accomplish. Review what happened...the reasons you didn't start, why you quit, why you lacked motivation or what changed in your life over these past 4 weeks that made your intentions such a challenge?

But 1st and foremost YOU have to be willing to take accountability for what YOU did not do...regardless of the reason...YOU had a choice, to do something or do nothing. We cannot blame others for what we choose. The hardest thing for anyone to do, but especially on a health and wellness journey is to truly take accountability. We always want to use so many excuses, like...
*kids*spouse*weather*work*home*other activities*

It's time to take a look at YOU and your choices.
*Did you choose to log foods or just ignore it
*Did you meal prep or try to wing it
*Did you stay consistent in your exercising and staying on your calories/macros or was it all hit and miss
*Did you reach out and ask for help or did you wait for someone to ask if you needed help
*Did you make yourself a priority or put everything and everyone else before you

Without consistency there will be no end...you will just stay on this cycle of ups n downs, starting and stopping.

Friends you have to be committed to whatever it takes to becoming the best you!!

Sit down, put it to paper...your wants, goals, intentions, fears, road blocks, struggles, questions and more......
Then decide....Are you ready to do this?? What do you need help with? All you have to do is ask!

January is almost over....have you given up? Kept your   going? Most people quit, but NOT you, not this time. Start over...

Celebrate the small victories friends, they lead to bigger ones!

If you are trying to stop smoking, drinking caffeine, eating sweets, whatever your vice...or if you are trying to exercise daily or even just pray more....if you did it one day then celebrate and know YOU CAN DO IT THE 2ND DAY AND 3RD DAY, ETC.
