Another Pan Kids Camp is officially in the books, and what an incredible week it was!
We had 26 dedicated competitors come together to prepare for the largest youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament in the world, which kicks off in just a few days in Florida. Most of these young athletes logged 30+ hours of training in just one week—and they did it with great attitudes, relentless effort, and a desire to get better every single day.
They pushed each other, supported one another, and finished an unforgettable week with an awesome pool party. I couldn’t be more proud of this group and the culture they’re building.
Pan Kids… we’re ready. Here we come!

I’m incredibly proud of these two young grapplers. Johnny and Brooke show up day after day with the right attitude, putting in the work when no one is watching. What makes them special isn’t just their commitment to getting better themselves—it’s their willingness to help everyone around them improve too. That’s what true leadership looks like.
Today, all that hard work paid off as both Johnny and Brooke brought home 1st Place at the IBJJF Austin Summer International Tournament! 🥇🥇

What an incredible day at our 2026 Summer Youth In-House Tournament! 🦁🥋

This event was a huge success and one we’ll never forget! For the first time ever, we opened our doors to gyms outside the John’s Gym family—and it turned into something truly special.

Having 5 different gyms come together under one roof to compete, support one another, and strengthen our Jiu Jitsu community was awesome to witness. Events like this are about so much more than competition—they’re about building relationships, creating opportunities for growth, and helping our kids become better on and off the mats.

To top it all off, we raised over $3,000 to support our 2026 Pan Kids Team! 💪🔥

A huge thank you to all the athletes, coaches, families, and volunteers who helped make this event possible. We’re proud of every competitor who stepped on the mats and represented with heart.
