January has proven to be a very productive month for Many Maples. The tapping crew got under way in hopes to catch the first run. The duck, you ask? Rubber ducky has been in these particular woods several years and Sam was happy to see him again this year.

We regret to announce that we will not be having pancake breakfast this season. This decision is in an effort for us to help do our part in keeping everyone safe and and healthy.

Many Maples would like to take a moment to extend our heartfelt wishes that everyone is continuing to stay healthy and safe through this pandemic. We are still open daily. We can take orders by phone to set aside for pick up or we can certainly ship product. We just made a fresh batch of maple sugar shapes and maple cream today. Feel free to stop in. Please continue to wear a mask while in public and practice safe distancing. We hope to see all of you soon 😷🍁😷

The NYS Maple Association has canceled Maple Weekend 2020. We have canceled our breakfast schedule at Many Maples as well. We hope to reopen later this spring. As always we are open for fresh maple products at our sugarhouse. Thank you to all our customers, and stay safe!!
