Hit all the trails on the castle side of Kenoza woods today. The Ivy at the start of the Ivy trail is one of my favorite spots.

Trek Roscoe 8 got the call today…. So fun!

Biked the Methuen, Salem and Windham rail trails today. 22 miles out and back.

Methuen - beautiful trail, well maintained. Loved it.

Salem - not the best, most of it was along side route 28 and all of the market plazas. Not pleasing to the eye but it gets you to where you are going and you are not on the road. In Salem’s defense, they did seem to be working on the trail and roads. I hope they have plans to make it a bit more enjoyable.

Windham - beautiful! Much of the trail was cut through boulders and rocks. It was pleasantly cool between the rocks.

Back in 2017, I headed out on a great adventure. Grant joined me on my first ever trek along the bay circuit trail (BCT). Today, I have covered almost 115 miles of the 220 miles of BCT. I’m am lucky to have shared this trail with many friends along the way. I’m looking forward to seeing more of this trail accompanied by friends and of course on our bicycles.

USA needs to pick up the pace.

Around €1.1 billion has been allocated to cycle infrastructure in the Netherlands, the Fietserbond (Cyclists' Association) reports. Transport ministers announced €780 million for cycle infrastructure nationally, and with contributions from provinces and local authorities, the total will be around €1.1 billion. (Nov 16, 2022)
