Today we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Wishing our Strength Start families a meaningful and safe Memorial Day.

At Strength Start we do more than just keep kids moving. We teach them about different movement patterns, what muscles are working during different movements, and show them how to execute those moves properly.

Every Saturday we go over a quick movement lesson. Then we incorporate that movement in the classes for the upcoming week.

May is National Physical Fitness & Sports Month — the perfect time to celebrate active kids! At Strength Start, we help little athletes build coordination, strength, and confidence through movement they actually enjoy.

🛑No class Toyota shutdown July 13-17🛑

🏋️Class Format🏋️:

Wednesday - Power Development, Jumps, Single Leg Work

Thursday - Push, Hinge, Core Bracing

Friday - Pull, Squat, Rotation
