At Strength Start we do more than just keep kids moving. We teach them about different movement patterns, what muscles are working during different movements, and show them how to execute those moves properly.

Every Saturday we go over a quick movement lesson. Then we incorporate that movement in the classes for the upcoming week.

Wednesday Thursday Friday 10:30am

⭐️First class May 27th ⭐️

🛑No class 4th of July week🛑
🛑No class Toyota shutdown July 13-17🛑

🏋️Class Format🏋️:

Wednesday - Power Development, Jumps, Single Leg Work

Thursday - Push, Hinge, Core Bracing

Friday - Pull, Squat, Rotation

💵$200 for the summer💵
