We always do something a little different and fun during the summer. This year June will be padded weapons month. With a focus on teaching staff, sword and stick. As well as the traditional skills of kicking, punching and defense.

New students (ages 6 and up) are welcome to join.
Don’t worry every class will be begin with time to practice your belt curriculum so we can continue to build the respect, discipline, confidence and leadership skills our school is known for.

Had nine students in our capoeira event yesterday, we could use a few more to make the Roda tomorrow. 12 is what we started with 16 years ago, I would like to have at least that this year. Any of our old capoeira students want to come join us?

9 students came for capoeira today. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves. It was a great workout and I am tired but I am looking forward to Thursday.
