We're lucky of have Coach Vince as part of our team! When he's not coaching classes, he's balancing a full-time career while working toward his Master's Degree. Proof that hard work and dedication extend far beyond the gym walls.

If you've had the chance to take one of his classes, you know he always brings the energy with great music and his own unique coaching style.

Whether he's helping you dial in a movement, pushing you to hit that next PR or simply making class more enjoyable with his playlist choices. Coach Vince is committed to helping our community become better everyday.

May 25th, Memorial Day we take part in the annual CrossFit workout, Murph.

For those of you newer to CrossFit: Hero WODs are created to pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. These workouts are meant to challenge us physically and mentally, reminding us that freedom is never free.

As you work through Murph, or any other Hero WOD remember it's not about us. It's about them. Honoring their sacrifice, carrying their memory, and pushing when things get hard.

Do it for those who no longer can.

Everyone, meet Coach Mallory!

Mallory has been part of the CrossFit Georgetown family since 2022, and you can catch her leading our 8:30 AM classes.

Not only does she bring expert coaching and energy to every class, but she also has an impressive CrossFit Games background, competing on a team in both 2015 and 2017.

Beyond her athletic accomplishments, Mallory is also our go-to registered dietitian and nutrition expert, helping athletes perform and feel their best both inside and outside the gym.

We’re incredibly grateful and blessed to have her on our team!

I found my path in life with CrossFit in 2011 and I’ve been all in ever since.

I’m constantly evolving as a coach, business owner, and athlete.

But at my core, my passion is simple, serving others.
I’m grateful I get to do that every single day through fitness.

As we step into a new year, we want to thank each of you for your love, support, and strength as we navigated a very different 2025.

We said some of our hardest goodbyes, welcomed many new faces, shared failures, celebrated victories, and continued to grow together as a community.

We’re looking forward to take everything we learned this past year and race 🐎 into 2026 stronger than ever.
